Arran Drive grand opening

After 4 years of construction invovling two bridges spanning Orewa River and Kowhai stream, it is with great pleasure that WFH and Millwater Developments announce the link road from Millwater to Orewa is now open, creating a 1 minute link to areas that otherwise took up to 15 minutes travel time.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on the bridge over Orewa River today, with over 120 people gathering to celebrate. Councilors Penny Webster and Wayne Walker spoke then WFH General Manager, Graeme Causer, summarized the work involved, thanking specific people and companies responsible for the timely completion of Arran Drive. The road officially opened for traffic shortly after 12pm, with Millwater Sales Manager Nick Hornby taking the maiden voyage.
